I saw GS open for the Scorps/Maiden show in '82, they rocked!

You better believe it that they can still cut it. I am hardcore Girlschool fan and worship the ground they rock on - I've seen them about 13 times now and the last time was just last year when they supported Motorhead AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY ON FIRE. They totally rocked the Carling Academy insane. In all honesty, they are sounding even better than they did back in the 80s, its amazing. And none of them look any older which is pretty damn amazing as well.

The only thing wrong with the concert was cos its was Girlschool and InFlames as support bands, Girlschool only played about 7 songs but they were all blistering, especially Race with the Devil. Unfortunately they didn't play my alltime fav, Nothing to Lose, but I did get it played on Planetrock radio for a request a wee while ago - SO THAT RULED!!!!

Canny wait for them to come to Glasgow again, they are mindblowing live.

Yeah they were nothing short of ORGASMIC last year Wyvern and the 7 songs they played were all from Demolition and Hit and Run which just so happens to be my fav 2 Girlschool albums, SO I WAS IN MY GLORY. They were jawdroppingly AWESOME!!!!!!
