Give me bands similar to The Absence

"Riders of the Plague" is an album I've been playing the hell out of lately and well...I'm looking for similar bands. Their album "From Your Grave" is ok but I like ROTP alot better.

The Absence are your standard thrash/MDM for the most part but they have alot of Carcass moments and even have a "Southern" edge to them ala Down or C.O.C.

the absence is sweet...saw them 2 or 3 times here in Florida. one band i can think of that sounds similar is amon amarth
