Glenn in violation of the U.S. Constitution?

Amendment VIII of the U.S. Constitution reads:

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Clearly Glenn is guilty of inflicting a cruel punishment upon us, by not revealing any of the confirmed PPIV bands, and consequently finds himself in violation of the U.S. Constitution. And since for past festivals, he had always revealed the names of the bands as they were confirmed, his decision not to reveal any of the confirmed bands for PPIV also qualifies as unusual. To this end, I've contacted the ACLU to see if they would help us legally force Glenn to reveal which bands he has confirmed.
