Go The Cowboys!

Cowboys are playing pretty well, though they struggled against Parra. I hope they can give the tigers a whupping next week. Warriors would be doing okay if they didn't start on -4 :)

The mighty Dragons are in fourth now. Woohoo! :headbang:

If Gasnier leaves at the end of the year, could someone kick him in the balls for me? Thanks.

Knights, perhaps, if Johns stays fit.. IF :). I'm predicting the Tigers not to do too well. Dragons not to do as well as they should... again ;)

GO the Cowboys!

Fuck I hope they win it this year. That'll no doubt make my signed Cowboys Ball & Hat worth shitloads more :p (entire first squad)

Also... is it just me or do we have a "GO THE COWBOYS!" thread every year?

Cowboys will do well. Knights will do second-well. Broncos will be in the top four until round 18. Warriors will scrape into the top 8. Eels will choke at least seven more times. The Dragons will inexplicably be installed as early favourites. Tigers will be in the top four but get knocked out in the second week of the finals. Souths and Sharks will fight it out for the wooden spoon.

Top 8:

Cowboys
Raiders
Tigers
Knights
Manly
Broncos
Dragons
Warriors

Raiders in the top 8? sure sure! The broncos in the last two games have looked sharper than they have looked in a very very long time - some of the players actually look like they want to play. Dragons without injuries and with Matt Head back in the lineup I think will go top 4, if not higher. Tigers to struggle. Souths to be Souths.

The Tigers and Knights will only make it if Marshall and Johns stay fit. Marshall was out for two weeks and the Tigers lost, and we all know Newcastle couldn't win a staring contest without Joey. The Panthers might actually do ok, the Broncos will make the eight as usual and then get steamrollered. The Bulldogs will be more competitive this time. Manly will do ok.

that's gonna make things interesting for the tigersi n the coming weeks... and what's the bet Thurston still won't make the australian team.

It'll be the same tired old players on the Australian team, with one or two new guys on the bench. Ha.

Was thinking about the Qld Origin team last night while watching the Cowboys. Dude, Rod Jensen MUST get a spot on the bench. He rules. Been a fan of his since he tore up the Broncos for the Raiders at ANZ back in... gee, 2001? 2002? Last game of the regular season, anyway.
