I'd like to pick up a good Savatage live DVD, but don't know which one would be the best one to get. Audio quality would be more important than video quality, but of course both on the same DVD would obviously be best. This guy (see link below) has a pretty good listing of what is out there. Any help would be appreciated. Any recommendations?

They only did one pro-shoot - Live in Japan. It was the Handful of Rain tour - the first tour without Criss Oliva (RIP). Quality is great - audio and video. It was pretty much a one-time lineup with Alex Skolnick on lead guitar. Jon Oliva sings very little. Most of the vox are Zak Stevens.

My favorites are the bootlegs out there, but you're not gonna be happy with the audio. My favorite is the Gutter Ballet tour in 1988 (I think) in Philly. Good luck!!!!
