Gorod esque band

I'm looking for a band that has the same technicality and execution as Gorod just with a little more atmosphere and feel.

I've barely listened to Gorod, but if you're looking for good tech death, try Decapitated and Obscura's debuts.

On those albums Decapitated is more groovy, while Obscura is more face ripping.

Disagree; sometimes they sound really inconsistent and fragmented but...listen to The Infernal Depths of Hatred.

Illogicist is the closest I can think of other than Anata. These others, I feel, have the same sort of energy and creativity:
Revocation
A Loathing Requiem
Sickening Horror

Sickening Horror was good up until the last album, which sucked a lot imo. Way too flat sounding and boring. Revocation is garbage as well, haven't heard that other band...

I just realized Augury can sometimes be pretty close to Gorod.

Anata takes the cake. Very melodic. I enjoyed them most.

Decrepit Birth is a good rec -- they're a bit less tweedly on their guitars and err more on the side of brutal tech death.

I think you'd enjoy Martyr from Canada. Not sure how you define 'more atmosphere,' but I would say that they have more atmosphere than Gorod.

I like looking for a band that has the same technicality and execution as Gorod just with a little more atmosphere and feel. I love each of these bands, they are the true rockers! The songs of all band is very nice and fantastic.
