Sorry, its cool but i think its kind of pointless to put up something so rough that your going to change soon anyway. Why not put up the finished/ semi finished product that at least have your final tracking of the instrument in them? Thats just my take on it. I would recommend trying some other drum sounds too and working with SD2's samples to get a punchier sound because right now they sound stock and even without you saying you were using SD2, anyone could have spotted it a mile off. Post the new stuff though when you've finished tracking though, I would like to hear a polished mix of a peavey thats not the 5150 or 6505.

I totally agree with you. However, this is my best mix with the JSX so far. I've only had the amp a few months now and I've been working on trying to get it to sit in a mix comfortably without being too blankety sounding.

Nice guitar tones man,but the drums need work.Which library are you using?

And why is the guitar volume varying?

Cheers!

Library = Avatar.

Guitar volume is varying because of the compression on the master bus.

Will update the mix again in a few, I need to bring the rhythm guitars up a bit and I'm going to work on the drums some. Thinking I'll blend the snare with something else.

You might wanna retrack the bass with an actual bass. I don't hear any of the bass line on my monitors
