Love pulling up next to someone blasting their shitty (c)rap music in their stock speakers and then i'll crank mine up and blast some Exodus or Slayer and they give me a dirty look or roll up their windows..

the double bass sounds fuckin wicked also.

6 CD changer in the Expedition and tons of power for something with all the factory tech. I roll down the windows and have it cranked every chance I get (basically everytime I go out). Played Keldian today on the way home from work. I am so happy my music is also accepted since mind-numbing sample based filth is on a regular basis. Wha..? No, no, don't roll your window up.. Nothing's wrong with my music.. I have the right to enjoy my music and to share it with you so that you too may enjoy it. Don't ruin everything....roll them back down.. I insist..

Nice man, ya i heard 10s were the way to go for playin metal.

my 10s cost me $220 a piece though..altogether i spent around $1000 on my system but it was well worth it. I upgraded it quite abit to where i got it today. Before i had shitty 10s in it that would blow every 6 months or less the 10s i have now i've had for about 2+ years and never had a problem. Got Phoenix Gold subs and a kenwood deck and planet audio amp.

I have a totally rocking system in my work van involving a broken cassette deck, two worn out 6x9" dash-mounted pieces of shit that came with the van, and my ipod + itrip playing through it. The itrip sometimes picks up static, other radio stations and the Indian couple driving next to me's Greatest Hindu Pop Songs of the 80's album that they are playing through their itrip whilst picking up my Brutal Truth album. I totally blast it every chance I get.

My mate used have a subwoofer and shite.
It was fucking awesome for metal.
Though he mainly played Drum and Bass.
Even that shit sounded good through the speakers.

Having read reviews of these systems that just rate how good they are at blasting 'castles in the sky' I had wondered how metal would sound lol.

No, I don't have a car yet but my aunty said she will buy and insure me one once I've passed my test.

I do have a fairly good separates hifi though. I'm not as pleased with it as I used to be though, needs better interconnects and eventually I could do with a better everything, especially speakers.
