I hear rumors that Skinny Puppy might be touring again

These have been going on for a good while. I know that the first new song by them is on the Underworld soundtrack. I dig the song much, but I am a fanboy. I honestly cant wait for the new album, though Key's solo stuff is enough to tide me over for a while. I like Ohgr as well, but less so.

yeah, Download has always been good. I could care less about new material - I just wanna see em play again. the Last Rites tour was fucking amazing.

I have never gotten to see them, but would prolly murder a family or 2 in order to do it. I have the Doomsday live disc. If it sounds anything like that they are pretty damn amazing live.

it's not about what they sound as much as what they look like too. seeing Ogre vivisect himself on stage is pretty darn cool.

I haven't been a Skuppy fanboy in a long time, and I always thought Bill Leeb's Front Line Assembly was a lot better and I like sci fi imagery a lot more than goth imagery... but I still want to hear new Skinny Puppy and I might not mind seeing them live. But... Download hasn't impressed me since The Eyes of Stanley Pain and none of the other side projects ever came close to impressing me. In fact, I still consider Ohgr's debut to be the worst album of 2001, simply because of how hugely let down I was by it.

Now... KMFDM is currently touring with Pig, that might be a show I have to catch.
