I don't know if there are any. It was one of the more "popular" games for the TurboGrafx (oxymoron for that doomed yet awesome system), so any decent emulator site should have it.

Also, this game has one of the coolest soundtracks ever if you are into guitar solo theatrics. Some Japanese band pulled no punches in creating some of the greatest shredder music evAr, this shit is on par with Megadeth, seriously. If anybody wants a CD-R PM me w/ address.
