The CD landed at position No. 6 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200."Lights Out" was released on November 6, 2012 via Nuclear Blast Records. The "Goliath" single preceded the full-length CD on September 21 as a digital download and on seven-inch vinyl. The single includes a special non-album track, "Leaving You". The "Goliath" seven-inch vinyl was issued in four different colors, featuring four different cover artworks.
