I've been singing Chris's praises for a while now because he writes fantastic songs, and then puts a killer solo in it - in the right order! I love the way Chris' phrases and plays melodies you can remember.

Maybe I'm old, but the shred overkill of Cooley isn't something I can hear for a long time. I agree that he's a much better teacher than songwriter.
