PUSHED Record New Material, Plan West Coast Tour - July 31, 2002

Southern California's PUSHED, featuring former TESTAMENT/SLAYER drummer Jon Dette and ex-TESTAMENT bassist Greg Christian, are in the process of recording three new songs at Global Artists studios (formerly Goldentrack studios) in Escondido, California for an upcoming EP release, which will also include a remixed version of the track "Surface" from the band's last two-song demo.

The complete track listing for PUSHED's upcoming EP is as follows:

04. Surface

In other news, PUSHED are planning a West Coast tour during August/September. Cities currently being booked include Anaheim, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Bakerfield, Fresno, San Francisco, San Jose, Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas. Exact dates and venues will be announced shortly.

PUSHED, PAIN Among Acts To Be Included On Promotional CD - Aug. 9, 2002

Southern California's PUSHED (featuring former TESTAMENT/SLAYER drummer Jon Dette and ex-TESTAMENT bassist Greg Christian) and Sweden's PAIN (led by HYPOCRISY mainman Peter Tägtgren) are two of the 20 bands featured on a double promotional CD currently being compiled by Thermal Breakdown Entertainment, a division of DK Entertainment, LLC.

Among the other bands currently set to be included on the CD are the following:

ANGERSTRIKE (Salyersville, KY)

Look for the CD to be in the hands of your local college radio metal director late winter 2002\early 2003. The CD will also be available for purchase in a limited edition via the participating bands' web sites.

PUSHED Complete Work On Debut EP - Oct. 18, 2002

Southern California's PUSHED, featuring former TESTAMENT/SLAYER drummer Jon Dette and ex-TESTAMENT bassist Greg Christian, have set "Iodine" as the name of their debut EP, which was recently recorded at Global Artists Studios (formerly Goldentrack Studios) in Escondido, California. Three new cuts appear on the effort alongside a remixed version of the track "Surface" from the band's last two-song demo.

PUSHED Announce West Hollywood Gig - Nov. 6, 2002

Southern California's PUSHED, featuring former TESTAMENT/SLAYER drummer Jon Dette and ex-TESTAMENT bassist Greg Christian, have announced a show at the Whiskey A Go-Go in West Hollywood, California on Tuesday, Nov. 26. The band is scheduled to take the stage at 7:30 p.m.
