I was looking for new music on a torrent server and found on the thrash section a band called Gross Reality. Never heard of them, but it seems worth to download...and boy did I hit the jackpot.
An old band that never was able to record their material, now with more years on their shoulders and a slightly different line-up. The Raleigh, NC (USA) outfit got finally their debut on the Divebomb label (Tribunal Records), and surely it smokes.
Aggressive thrash combined with progressive and melodic changes, making this one of the freshest and most interesting releases for me in a long, long time.
Highly recommended for the UMOS gang.
