Okay, well I guess no-one was really interested in this, or just didn't like the tone. But I thought the tone was one of the phattest I've ever heard. It's a stock Marshall DSL100. No boost.

The tone is pretty different, the low end is a little out of control though. Was it mic'd or Direct out with impulses?

Mic'd and double tracked with bridge pickup, and a further double track with neck pickup. That's probably what is making the low-end a bit flumpy. But I dunno... kinda like it that way.

I liked the tone. Not necessarily the one of the phattest I've ever heard but that would work really well on some kind of Stoner Rock I think (hence my Orange guess). What tuning are you in for this riff?

I thinking in a mix it will sound much thicker, with a bass behind it.
