If you bought the new album, it will automatically transfer over. They WILL be releasing DLC metallica songs after the release (not sure when) but they plan on doing so. So expect more Metallica songs in the DLC.

I agree, the game is going to be intense. When it is released I'm having a GH: Metallica party at my house. Going to set up the drum set, get the mic out and the guitars and set it up infront of my 50" HDTV. Let me know if you do get it so we can play sometime, that includes Will and anyone else (Will is the only one that I've played the game with on this forum )

Hopefully this game will introduce Metallica to some of the younger crowds that play this game, and influence them like Metallica did to me.

Believe it or not many kids get introduced to a lot of music through this game, so that will be cool.


Anyway it comes out on the 29th, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

yeah, guitar hero is kinda fun if you're drunk or something but i can't believe they've made this many games out of it. i know people who play it almost constantly which is kinda creepy.

That's why you do what I did... I bought the original with two guitars, and ever since then I wait until I can find them for $10-$15 before I get the next one. I'm not spending fucking $50 for something that I can do for free now with a real guitar.

Although it IS tempting to blow that much for the Metallica version, just cause of the tracklist - the addition of AiC and Samhain don't hurt either.
