What guitar magazine do you guys think has the largest amount of readers?

Guitar World, Guitar Player, Guitar One, etc.

I would hazard a guess at Guitar World. We get that over here but only as an expensive import so I don't get it very much. The best selling one over this side of the Atlantic is Total Guitar tho.

Some magazines have publishing statistics printed inside somewhere. These may also be on their web site, or their "main" publisher's site. Good luck.... I don't read any of them anymore.

I would say its between Guitar One and Guitar World. Other than that, I have nothing constructive to say.
