Ok my jackson (professional) rhoads is getting old. The body and neck are still awesome but the hardware is rusting and looking shit. So need ideas on what machine heads and bridge to get. Also interested in some pups. I have a emg 81.

Gotoh locking tuners have worked fine for me. You need a screwdriver (or perhabs a small coin) to open them though.

Is locking tuners worth getting on a double locking system?. Anyone know if the gotoh bridges will fit properly into the floyd recess of my jackson?

Nah, I wouldn't say so - these should do you fine! (or these if you feel like splurging a bit more, though I doubt it'd really be necessary with the locking nut) And if it's an original Floyd you currently have, why not just get a replacement?
