Guitar tone on Against The Seasons

How in the name of god did you get such a brilliant guitar tone? The intro of 'A Meeting Place And Time' is so perfect... as is the rest of the album...

What equipment was used, and on what approximate settings?

As far as I remember, we used my BC Rich Warlock (which only had factory pickups at the time), through a Mesa Boogie amp, mic-ed in a closet. We didn't document any approximate amp settings back then. I just felt fortunate that it came out sounding as good as it does.

I am however wishing to sell that BC Rich guitar sometime this year. I also used it to record all the right-side guitar parts on Woods 3.
