I'm going to be getting a new 24" monitor for my new pc build, I've narrowed it down to these two:

My issue is that the dell is an IPS, and is a great looking screen.
I'm actually worried that it will make the screen on my iMac look like shit, I had this problem when I first got my iMac. I was using my old dell monitor alongside it for a couple of months after whilst I still had a pc, and found that I really resented having to use it.
The Acer has a tn panel, so the difference would not be as great, and it's a 120hz monitor which is great for playing games on (that's pretty much all I'll be using it for anyway...)
So have any of you guys got an IPS and another non-IPS running next to each other...... is it an issue?
