something about Hammerfall and Dungeon in Japan maybe?

I have to kill that rumour now - unfortunately Dungeon won't be going to Japan in 2003! It was looking good for a while but there's a few other things that have popped up which will stop us from doing so.

Whether or not we know anything about Hammerfall... well, it's the internet, folks - those darn rumours just keep coming!

Yeah, you're not going to endear yourself if you act like that.

talking to me? well maybe my message wasn't too clear: It's a pity he lives close too Hammerfall's place because they are doing bad stuff (in my opinion... I have found their 3 cds 2ndhanded so I went for it and it was a little disaster) Just a joke...

I know very good that I'm lucky here in Belgium, almost every band is touring here, and if not they're playing in Holland or France or Germany.... par example I will see Anathema for the 3rd time this year next week, I saw 5 Antimattergigs, Rhapsody, Korn, Dream Theater, Slayer, My Dying Bride, Moonspell, Bruce Dickinson, Within Temptation, Guns 'n Roses....

 weren't you talking too pentelesh?!

Mariner, some history:

As you may be aware, this a Maiden board. When Maiden releases BNW, pretty much the only promotion that was done for the album down here was by us. We got posters printed and took the time to run around our respective cities hanging them. They promised they were going to tour Australia, and we wanted to do our piece to make sure it happened. Bruce was even out here (for about the 30 minuutes it took to do his radio interviews) and promised it in person. Then they didn't. Which got up our noses a bit.

Meanwhile, why we were consoling eachother about them not even comming anywhere near our country after all the work we did for them, we had people from the US and Europe complaining about how Maiden sold them out and how much they felt let down because they weren't going to their town and they were going to have to travel THREE WHOLE HOURS to see them in the next town. Needless to say, we weren't amused.

So when people bitch about how far away the gigs are, we like to give them a little stick. Nothing meant by it, just a bit of an in-joke around here.

But I will admit there was mis-communication here. I thought you were having a go at Penty the same way I was having a go at you.

Just so long as you realise how good you've got it, OK

;)

I certainly got it! BTW i'm not afraid to drive 3 hours as well to get on a gig i want to see ;)
I went to a gig in northeast of Holland and to one in Paris, that's also far enough from here... (4 hours) but if you want to, you do so ;)
