...This is monstrous...

Aly & AJ are apparently the duo opening for Hannah Montana on her tour. Here's a monstrous cover of Rock N Roll All Night. Sometime around the solo Hannah pops in too.

Jeez, I never really liked KISS to begin with, but damn I think a part of me just died inside.

Listen to that crowd, during the song they're dead silent as if going "WTF is this?"

IDK, they scream like crazy when its over, and people are bopping in their seats while they're doing it.

We have to remember we're not the target audience here. Young people (predominantly girls) love Hannah Montana. I'm sure if Raintime went on stage and played their cover of Beat It at this concert, people would be like "Man, they killed that song"

The question is why were you watching this on YouTube. :)

Ah! I didn't check BM today. I'm surprised, but not really, to see this posted there. I've tried sending several stories to them to post that are relevant with metal, yet they will only post crap like this

:( I used to enjoy Blabbermouth just to see how crazy the comments would get. Then they started moderating, and thus they even killed that enjoyment.

Oh well, I guess you're off the hook!

I think everyone is silent because they dont know the song because they were born long after that song was written.

I bet those guitar players are thinking "is there a girl in the audience that is over 18?"

Actually those guitar players are probably thinking "Is there a MILF in the audience?" Remember, lots of kiddies were brought by their parents to see those shows. I wonder if these girls decided to pick that as a cover to give all the parents who had to bring their little girls to the show at least 5 minutes of slight enjoyment.

Heck who knows, maybe some kid saw the show with their parents, liked the cover (probably not knowing it was a cover) and their parents took them home and converted them to KISS fans.

I'm sure that is exactly what is going on. My wife took my then 2-year old to the Wiggles, and they did the same sort of thing - played a medly with songs by Zeppelin and the like. All the parents got more of a kick out of that than the kids.

Man you kinda ruined how ruined it is:) I think you lowered my expectations so that it wouldn't carry the same nauseating effect as if I saw this by myself:) Besides this, if you have a child, and are stuck with the stuff you have to listen to this is practically amazing in comparison. I'm surprised at what crap starts to sound good when stuck in a rental car (like on a trip to go to Progpower) that has either just AM radio or just an FM/AM radio not being able to find anything good on FM. Third while it's pretty horrid, I don't think it's worse than this:

But this is a better than both:
