Thanks for all your greetings, guys. I'm very grateful to have you all in my circle of friends - especially the Maidens.

I went out with family to lunch at a local steakhouse called Sizzlin' Pepper Steak. The servings weren't as large as that in Pepper Lunch, but it was still pretty good. Just for kicks, I made a video of my second dish.

I've just informed by my dad that he's giving me a weekend trip to Hong Kong. All I have to do is find an open weekend on March so I can go represent the Maidens over there.
