des moines is crazy, they have "beggers night"... the kids trick or treat the night before halloween. why? the say for safety, but it blows my mind. i think des moines is the only place that does this.
but, i had a blast taking her out. she started getting into it.

By the way this reminds me of the halloween where my mom asked me and alex what we wanted to be, and then she made the costumes for us. I wanted to be a ladybug, and, ODDLY, ALEX (xfer) wanted to be a SPIDER!

that was the best halloween costume i ever had. i had EIGHT ARMS!
i liked spiders because they were fucking weapons of death and now i dislike spiders because i have been attacked by them and wounded and because i now realise exactly what it means to be a fucking weapon of death.
