Hardcore

I like Disfear's early album "Soul Scars," but I also like Discharge.

Can't let the politics get in the way... these guys know nothing about politics and just need something to sing about.

Modern hardcore is nothing like the old school stuff, it's taken way too many musical cues from metal. Nation of ulysses are probably my favourite hardcore ensemble, Hüsker Dü are also kickass.

Coming into this thread, I'm sure the majority of people are expecting Hatebreed, Unearth, Terror, and whatnot. No. Piss off with that jive. I'm leaning more towards Swedish hardcore. Some examples... Skitsystem, Anti-Cimex, Wolfpack/Wolfbrigade, Moment Maniacs, Disfear, Genocide SS, etc. D-beat driven hardcore assaults! Any takers?
I have some disfear and skitsystem but I've never herd of the other one's...btw I checked um out and I'm a new fan of each one thanks for that. :kickass:
