Though many musicians work with each other in the studio, not too many, if at all, go out on tour with them...Steve Vai did some work with Ozzy on one of his albums...(solos/riffs) but, Steve didn't tour with him.

Yes Alex played 1 or 2 shows in England, with OZZY OSBOURNE,
unfortunately after Ozzy told him "he had the gig" he then changed his mind, & picked a former student of Randy Rhaodes,
