My wife took these pictures a few months back. There are several strange things going on here. Among them is that this type of snake normally eats bugs.

The snake finally let the toad go after like 3 hours, but the toad was bleeding out of its butt. I'm not sure if it made it.

they hang upside down in a bat cave and catch them as the bats fly past

they could probably take out a great white (with the right scuba gear of course)

hehehe, everytime I see a centipede, I feel like I need to crush it. Fortunately, we don't have these huge things in Canada. If we did... I'd go on a crusade to kill them all.

That's funny that a Californian brought up potato bugs. When I lived out there, EVERYBODY was scared to death of them. They all had "horror" stories about them.
