Has anyone ever played a theremin (or have a good theremin sampler)?

I love the theremin tone but never had the opportunity to play one. Is it too much hard to play? I mean, basically using it as a pad.

I could actually build one, but if it is difficult to play I won´t bother and just try harder to find a nice sampler or reason refill.

It seems pretty hard to play it, you can see some videos on youtube. Sounds cool, though. I especially like it on Portishead's song.

Damn Mutant, that Super Spook Keys VSTi is just what I was looking for! Thank you so much, I´m playing it with my tablet instead of the mouse or midi keyboard. I could spend a month on this thing!

Me too! Portishead is awesome, best trip hop band EVER. I wonder if they'll release more albums.
