Have any of you ever repair a smashed speaker dust cap?

Saw these on CL for $40, seller says there is no sound quality difference, I don't need them but for $40, why not. They'll probably sit in the garage, or I'll probably give them to my nephew if I can repair them.

Can they be fixed? or is there already long term damage? I've seen a few videos where people can vacuum those suckers out.


Update: Well it doesn't matter now, they were sold this morning :/
 
Use a vacuum cleaner to pop that shit back into shape. Dust caps have no influence on sound. On the other hand the tweeters look pretty fucked up.
