Have any of you guys used the coated Ernie Ball strings?

I've been using Skinny Top/Heavy Bottoms for years and lately have been using Elixir's on my Floyd guitars mainly out of laziness. I have pretty acidic sweat and that coupled with New England humidity I go through strings like crazy during the summer. I'm thinking about ordering some coated Ernie Balls to get me through these summer months. Have any of you guys tried them? Thoughts? Obviously I wouldn't use them for tracking...but for day to day playing and gigging. Are they a really thick coating like the Elixir Polywebs or thinner like the Nano's?
