I shredded the cable on my Sennheiser HD 280s... Long story...
I'm trying to reconnect a new stereo mini jack. The wires on the bare end of the headphones are black/blue/white/red. Any suggestions before I just start soldering until it works? I'm thinking red and white are L and R and black+blue=ground.
