Due to Hurricane Katrina refugees not leaving the hotel, the Residence Inn is advising a number of people (at least a dozen) that their reservations have been transferred to the Residence Inn Buckhead, a cool 4-mile walk from the venue. Just FYI, as I got a call this morning advising that I've been fucked over.
Update: the manager at the Residence Inn is Christine Phillips, and her direct number is 404-745-1003 if you get displaced. They are way overbooked for Thursday night, but might be in better shape for tomorrow.
