The melodic, death n roll band Hearse doesn't need any introduction.....unless you are dead for years....or have no feeling for quality metal....
Ok, a short intro then, formed in 2001 by Max Thornell (ex Furbowl) and Johan Liiva (ex Furbowl, Carnage and Arch Enemy) and completed by Mattias Ljung on guitar, released 4 albums so far, 3 on Dutch Karmageddon Media, one on Dental. Now signed a 2 record deal with Vic Recs. The new album will be recorded this summer and mixed, mastered by Dan Swanö. Releasedate.....early 2009! Just expect top quality melodic death metal / rock, with a different and original approach, created by very well experienced musicians. You also can expect the very first Hearse video clip ever! Created by Owe Lingvall of Village Raod Film, the Nocturnal Rites drummer who is responsible for video's of Memory Garden, Steel Attack, Wolf, Nocturnal Rites ect ect..
Final words come from Hearse drummer Max:
Alrighty! Hearse just signed a new record deal with Vic Records! It feels just great! Vic..s a cool label and there..s a lot of cool bands on the label. Getting mails from the label boss saying things like "I am having a total Hearse trip these days! Really! Only listening to your albums.....These bonus tracks on the Cambodia album are sooooooooo damn good!!!!!"
doesn..t really make it feel like a bad decision either!
