Cleveland college radio stations WCSB, WRUW, WJCU and the Cleveland Free Times magazine, in conjunction with Rhino Records and HEAVEN AND HELL, are sponsoring a BLACK SABBATH/HEAVEN AND HELL promotion with The Exchange (an independent Cleveland music retailer) on Tuesday, April 3.
