Heaven & Hell: The Devil You Know

"Holy Diver, Batman!" I'm surprised no one here has talked about the new album by Heaven & Hell (which is essentially the Dio lineup of Black Sabbath), which came out this past April. I just picked up this album yesterday and I must say that this is one of the best metal albums this year. Ronnie James Dio proves that age does absolutely nothing to his awesome voice. And it's really hard to choose a favorite song, as the whole album is really good.

Yeah I've had it for about 2 months and saw the concert. Incredible show and the album has some really great material on it. You gotta love how they stay true to their original sound. Atom and Evil, Bible Black, Follow the Tears, great great stuff. Dio never sells out! He seems like a solid guy, true to his musicianship. His voice was great live and there was major major intensity coming off the stage. I saw them at the Greek Theater about 2 months ago. They still got it! What's Dio now? 66?
