I thought ya'll might be interested in some metal artwork I've posted on my site. My site is still pretty small and under construction, so that's why the site will kind of blow. Here's the artwork! :headbang:

Your Mark O. pic looks a lot like Ahrue Luster.

The Heathen guy is Ira Black.
He's also a member of Vicious Rumors.

You're a rookie I bet.

I don't remember it... My cassette player "ate" the tape and I never found it again...

Wasn't it slower and heavier than the others?

...or was it Distortion?

I can't remember those two... :(

Senor! You must add these 2 cd's to your collection or your world is just
a dark, sad, and morose place to be.....

Green was slower and heavier. I consider Green to be 'mature'. Green
is an album appreciated and loved by only the most intelligent of minds.
It's music is savored like Mozart. Green is absolutely brilliant.

Thanks, and yah, I'm kind of a rookie.

Do you mean Andrew Luster? The guy that raped 84 women?

Apparently you are a total rookie...AHRUE Luster....
He's a guitar player from the bay area!!

1. Horde of Torment
2. ManMade God
3. Machine Head

He's currently in Ill Nino.

Wow, he doesn't know a dude from Ill Nino, big whoop assifer friendly.

You're a moron.

Ahrue is a bay area guy.

If you've never heard of Horde of Torment or ManMade God you're
ignorant to bay area metal.

Everyone's heard of Machine Head. Ahrue was in MH for 3 years-ish.

I picked up that Man Made God, knowing it wasn't gonna be metal, maybe more just to support the ex Forbidden dudes...It's pretty good, but I'm not often in the mood to listen to non-metal. Same with Parking Lot Prophets, I listened to a few songs they posted on-line, and shit, it's good, but again...

Green -- there are some who think this one went the way of the psuedo-aggressive sound instead of straight up thrash metal, but get this CD for Russ Anderson's scream of 'WHY???' on Face Down Heroes. Best Scream in Metal!! I like this better than Halford's scream on Victim of Changes, or Electric Eye...

Only thing I don't like about Forbidden -- 49er fans, esp apparent on Over the Middle.

1. Parking Lot Prophets was the most insane thing Russ could have ever
done musically, but they called it a day.

2. MMG modified their sound a lot since that initial disc but they lost their singer
and then their label deal with American fell through and now they are RIP
as well.

3. You almost put me into a coma with your remark about Russ' scream being
better than Halford's on Victims of Changes. Ever hear Victims live? The live
scream is 100 times more intense and insane than on disc...

4. Craig wrote Over the Middle. He's a huge fan. All I will say about the 49ers is
that at least they had the common sense God gave a mule to dump Terrell
Owens who is by far the biggest Bitch(with a Capital B) in Professional Football.

The only one I can recall is on Unleashed in the East, but some if not all of the original vocal tracks were replaced by studio recordings, so that doesn't count...

Anderson didn't come close to Halford on Forbidden's version on the live Dynamo disc.

<<WHY??>> The guitars in the background of that scream makes it stand out. Vicitm of Changes guitars sound like sick funeral music -- doesn't mean I don't like it (I do), but doesn't do it for me like Face Down Heroes...

Snap out of your coma!!!!:headbang:

You should seek out Judas Priest live bootlegs. UITE was ghey. It's so
studio...the real live shit is in the live bootlegs and you won't be sorry!!!
I have a bootleg from Long Beach 84 (Defenders) and when Rob screams
you'd swear it was the beginning of the book of Revelations it's so ungodly...

I remember that Defenders tour -- played one show at Cal Expo -- summer, I remember, so fucking hot out that day, waited in line nearly the whole day to get in and got a front row seat -- I was pretty small back then, didn't want to get crushed at the very front. But I don't remember Victim. Fact, I don't remember much except the goddamn heat, me wearing a black JP shirt...
