we're happy to announce that Intense were selected to represent UK at 3rd edition of online unofficial fan based contest Heavy Metal Eurovision, which aim is to promote heavy metal bands from different European countries.

Yeah I feel a bit bad about that now. Now that it's Friday night, I've had a few post-work beers and I'm feeling mellow, I apologise.
Haha I saw a mouse foetus in a loaf of bread today! Completely gross. I even had to take a photo for the paper.
I also met a cool guy at work, he's a maniac on the guitar and I might join his band. Only prob is they're 'post punk heavy metal' and called 'When Good Pets Go Bad'. But I'm sure a few minor alterations and we'll have some jaw-dropping extreme metal on our hands
