Well here is some news for you.
FORGERY has had to opt for a name change due to an outfit in Europe bearing the same name. The band will now be known as HELLBRINGER and their debut EP will soon be released in Europe on ltd Edition pic vinyl through Iron Pegazus Records.
They guys will play their next couple of shows on April 16th and 17th under the old name and from then on it will cease to be and the new logo will be upon you all.
For those just joining in and not being familiar at all with the band even from back in the FORGERY days. Here ya go:

Hellbringer is an up-and-coming, 3 piece, high energy, thrash/speed metal band from Canberra. Formed in 2007 while its members were still at school together, the band takes influence from classic bands such as: Sodom, Destruction, Venom, Onslaught, Whiplash, early Kreator and many more.
They started writing their own material in early 2008 and now perform that material live. They still, however, also feature authentic covers in their set of the classic bands they take influence from.
Their gigs to date have been mainly in and around the Canberra district although they have played in Sydney and country NSW as well.
The band has just released their debut EP - its first recording which was mastered by the legendary Harris Johns known for his work with Sodom, Kreator, Coroner, Exumer, Pestilence and many more. The EP consists of all original material. The album has been well received. They are still writing new material and plan at some time in the future to record a full length album.
The band comprises Luke Bennett on bass guitar and lead vocals, his twin brother Josh Bennett on drums and Tim Sheppard on lead guitar and back-up vocals.
"Old school speed/thrash mixing the German trends ("Hellbringer", the speed monster "The Rapture") with a more intense Slayer-esque approach ("The Banished" which exits the scene with slower Celtic Frost-like riffs). "The Hammer" at the end is the slower mid-paced deviation. The singer has a gruff dark tember similar to Tom G. Warrior, with a pinch of the other Tom: Angelripper" - www.thethrashmetalguide.com
