Hello Everyone!
My name is Todd, AKA Lord Gloom, lead vocalist of the melodic black metal band Afterlight.
I was the lead vocalist and guitarist of a band called Ludificatio Daemonium 2007-2009 and I had a guest appearance on the German melodic death metal band Fragments of Unbecoming's 2006 release entitled "Sterling Black Icon," on Metal Blade Records.
I started playing piano when I was 5 years old, did that for 4 years. Haven't played piano in forever, but I've been playing guitar for 11 years, drums for 4 years, and I've always played bass here and there but nothing too serious. I consider myself to be a vocalist over all of those though. I have my own side project where I write and record all instruments myself.
My favorite bands are similar to my own band: Dissection, Lord Belial, Windir, Cor Scorpii, Belphegor, Dark Tranquillity...etc. The melodic/evil stuff is my cup of tea.
