Well I am not a huge elitist when it comes to music if I like how sounds I listen to it.
Some of the bands I like are.

Pink Floyd
Dream Theater
Opeth
Lamb of God
Shadows Fall
Coheed and Cambria
Evergrey
Iced Earth
In Flames

There are other bands I like and getting into like Dark Tranquility. I really like the Scandinavian metal scene. Well that is it I guess as you can see I like a lot of non metal stuff as well.
