Just joined the forums. I've listened to metal for a while, my favorite genres being melodeath and thrash. Also enjoy black and extreme. Metalcore isn't too bad. Also, I love hard rock and prog.
I wanna learn to play drums, badly, and I hope to get a kit soon.
My favorite band.. hmm, I think I'd have to say either Job For a Cowboy or Cannibal Corpse.
I love the themes of lyrics like death and murder and rape (Cannibal Corpse got me into that..)
A few other bands I like are Megadeth, Judas Priest, Suicide Silence, Mayhem, Black Dahlia Murder, Bullet For My Valentine, System of a Down, Blue Oyster Cult, Rush, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Between the Buried and Me, Eric Clapton (great inspiration), Cream, Neaera (way too underrated).
