Help me chose a side dish!

So I bought some of those nice juicy Nürnberger saussages with herbs and stuff, which I'm gonna roast like there's no tomorrow...

What should I cook along? I have three options I can't chose from. Please bless me with your cullinary advice (list plus and minus of each side dish if you feel adventurous). I'll consider the poll closed as soon as my stomach takes over.
