Back in October, a very good friend of mine - someone I've known since we were about six-years-old - suffered an injury that left him paralyzed from the waist down. Needless to say, this has been an extremely difficult time for him and his family. Fortunately, he's surrounded by lots of people who love him, and one of those people happens to be Mike Portnoy.
In an effort to raise money, Mike has done something incredible by taking the time to gather the signatures of over thirty musicians on one of his cymbals and is selling raffle tickets via his website for only ten dollars.
