This is getting annoying so i have to ask..
Are sig texts giant for anyone else? Mine are, and it's starting to piss me off, but i have no idea why they're like that. They were normal until yesterday. Rahvin? Any idea?

edit: I mean everyone's sig, not just my own. And when i go to edit my sig it says that the text size is 1, even though the way i see it it's probably 4 :s

they're normal for me, and i haven't received other complaints so i must assume they are for the other users as well. usually font size and style are screwed up when your browser is screwed up, but i'm no expert. can this have anything to do with the recent loss of data that involved a certain very precious file of yours? does it happen with any other site you visited?

i recommend my way of dealing with these problems, which i call aag!. it's short for: ask a geek.

I'm using IE, and yeah i did do the windows update thing a while ago, but the sigs were still normal after that. Hmm..odd..

@ rahvin: I doubt it's got anything to do with the loss of data thing, but who knows

edit: Everything else is normal, it's just the sigs on UM :s

Sort of reminds me of the first year i was here on um, no text on the forum was underlined unless i passed on it with the mouse, then on my dad's computer i found out that normally everything was underlined and i even posted about that thing. now it's all underlined on this computer and i never solved the mystery.

hm, i still think it might be browser related. it just misinterprets the size-tag, which are mostly used in signatures, whereas the normal text is unformatted and thus without that tag.
on a sidenote: idari, don't use IE.

Mine all looks okay. Try using the help on IE to tweak the font sizes.

happened to me too a couple of weeks ago.

change the text size on your pc. (view -> text size)

mine went to "largest" mode all by itself. the font2 looked normal, but 1 was huge.
