Help Me Track Down This Band!

Hello Ultimate Metal,
I'm hoping some of you can help me find out more about the song/band playing in this video. I really like it, but I can't find any information on the song/band, even after searching "Metal Cut," "Machine Shop," "Shopsongs" and many combinations of those terms on the internet. Any Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, Dan Osman died in 1998 while doing a "rope jumping" stunt just like the ones in several of his videos.
