So i recorded a riff for my band and i need help. It sounds really bland and unlively. Im using revalver through boogex with catharsis awesometime fredman s-preshigh. Also i recently just bought my friends laptop which has on it Voxengo Curve Eq, Waves C4, PSP Vintage Warmer and Fab filter pro C. I dont know how to use them yet but would they help my mix?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. By the way im running an Epiphone Explorer through an M-Audio Duo Interface. Im considering buying a DI box to run before the interface, would this greatly increase my tone?
