Help with Guitar Rig 3?

Anyone have any tips/pointers for me? I just picked up this program and am excited about it, but If anyone can let me in on some tricks/presets, please let me know!! Thanks!!

I have played about with the demo and its pretty cool for clean sounds, the metal/rock sounds weren't so convincing IMO, they just don't sound real. I'd not bother with the cab part of it though, use impulses instead, see how that sounds.
