yes, it just reeks of generic metalness. Still very interested in seeing them but these songs you posted are nothing great. Sounds like the many thousand other rough heavier power metal out of Europe.

I really think that Rivera sounds a lot like Chuck Billy on this one.
That was my first overall impression after spinning it initially.
Sure, the solos aren't exactly Skolnik level or anything.

I picked up Nosferatu and Distant Thunder a couple months back and finally got around to listening all the way through. Very impressed and looking forward to seeing them at the ragnarok fest.

I am way more excited with Skullview and Obsession playing now. I have heard of Obsession but never listened to them ( I heard them from seeing the movie Sleepaway Camp 2 which they have a song on). Pretty damn good stuff.
