Man I'm enjoying the shit out of this, some may not get the atonal aspects but if your tastes include the likes of Slayer and Exodus I would highly recommend GLORY OF CHAOS...

I'm surprised at the heavy as fuck direction Helstar took with their comeback. If anybody was expecting the technical excess from the old days, the direction is a dramatic shift. While they can still play, this is not your old school 80's Helstar. Even James growls quite a bit. Its a strong disc if you like "the Heavies".
After saying that, I admit, I can't dig it. I liked the re-recorded classics disc, I even liked the comeback disc, but "Glory..." is too far away from where Helstar came from. While I do own it and will pop it in from time to time, it becomes a "mood" disc, where Remnants of War, Nosferatu & A Distant Thunder are old standby's which I never get sick of.

Just my 2 cents
