i have a lot of skill in photoshop, i took classes on that program, but we never got into imageready or fireworks or flash, though i wish we did, cause i always wanted to make a cool flash cartoon

just add extra frames of each frame to slow it down... but then it usually looks wierd... make EXTRA frames to slow it down... one move in between the next.

actually I meant the other way around. slower is easy to set, as you can manipulate how long each frame stays. but say if I were to take a clip from a movie. Even neals gif for example. feels way too slow ^^ but this is supposedly no delay according to the program

Gifs can't go much faster than that... the only thing you can do is delete a frame inbetween each. so you only have 1, 3, 5, etc. Gifs all only have 1 speed, from what I can remember.
